Story

Quit for a bit is all about beating your cravings to beat dementia. Quit sugar, alcohol or both during November, and raise money for Alzheimer's Society.

If you've hit the booze a bit more than expected over the summer, or you need a break from your 3pm sugar rush, we think you're up for a challenge. Give up sugar or alcohol for 30 days, and raise money to help people with dementia. We know you can do it.

Not enough of a challenge? Give up both and take on the Ultra Quit.

To sign up, visit www.alzheimers.org.uk/quit

Your fundraising from Quit for a bit will help us support people with dementia from diagnosis till their final days. With your help we can be there for everyone affected by dementia.
