Port Vale Foundation uses the power of Port Vale FC to change lives and communities. We work in some of Stoke-on-Trent's most deprived wards and support people to access opportunities they wouldn't otherwise get.
Through our programmes we increase physical and mental well-being, connect people better to their community and raise hopes and aspirations of local people.
