This Mental Health Awareness Week, PureGym want to raise awareness of how exercise can help our mental wellbeing and encourage everybody, everywhere to get moving to feel good.
During Mental Health Awareness Week, PureGym will be donating for every gym visit and app workout completed, and also want to raise an additional funds for Mental Health UK to help support the great work they do.
1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem every year and the pandemic has only amplified this - 51% of people felt that they were more prone to extreme levels of stress this year compared to the same time in the previous year.
Mental Health UK support people affected by mental health problems including friends, family and carers. Working across the UK, Mental Health UK bring together experts from four national mental health charities to improve understanding and provide vital care.
