Story
We are calling time on the burden of psoriatic disease.
Join us for PSOR Social, an exciting new annual awareness event for psoriatic disease in the UK.
It takes place on the last weekend of October, aiming to start as many conversations as possible to improve the lives of those with psoriatic disease.
This year's event will be held on the 26th and 27th of October. It will feature a unique and interactive fundraising awareness event showcasing the best of online peer support communities through gaming, viewer participation and conversation.
The goal is to start as many conversations as possible about psoriatic disease in 12 hours, raising awareness, offering community, and reducing isolation for those living with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and other associated conditions.
The event will run from 2pm (BST) on Saturday, 26th October, until 2am on Sunday, 27th October, when the clocks go back.
You can join the live and uninterrupted event on Twitch at https://twitch.tv/joelvsarthritis.
Your participation will help raise vital funds to support more people impacted by psoriatic disease in creative ways.
This event aims to raise awareness of the impact of psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, including the pressure it puts on families and caregivers and the often unseen mental burden. It also aims to showcase the importance of promoting lived experience and the vital role that peer support plays in managing the disease between appointments.
