Project Room at the Inn is LSSI’s Christmas giving program and an opportunity for individuals, churches, or groups that would like to help spread joy to children in their communities through prayer and support.

Our goal is to raise $50,000 to provide a Christmas gift for each of the 2,530 children served by our programs. We believe that each child should know that they are loved, that God has a plan for them, and that we are called to participate in that plan. Please join us in brightening a child’s Christmas through Project Room at the Inn!

The winter months bring many additional challenges to the families we serve. Your donation to Project Room at the Inn will provide Christmas gifts to a child who may otherwise go without. Your donation may also be used to meet some of the most critical needs that arise for children and families during the holiday season, depending on each child’s unique situation. Our program staff works closely with these families to ensure that each child has a Christmas gift and to identify sudden and urgent needs such as a warm winter coat or a car seat.

While needs for each child vary, $25 is the average cost of a Christmas gift. Click "Give Now" to bring joy to a child in your community.

Be a Fundraiser

How to get started:

1. Create your fundraising page: You can create a page as an individual, school group, church, or volunteer group. Click "Start Fundraising" and customize your page to tell supporters why you have chosen to support Project Room at the Inn. Set a fundraising goal to reflect how many children you would like to support.

2. Spread the word. Once your fundraising is set up, let people know the details of what inspired you and how they can help you reach your goal. You can share your page on social media, email, or text using your personalized link.

3. Make an impact. Thank you for choosing to make a difference in the life of a child this holiday season!
