Story

It’s 785km from Berwick-upon-Tweed in Northumberland to Berwick in Sussex – and we’re pedalling all the way! The people from Posturite are on a mission to raise a whole barrelful of cash for the amazing Stroke Association charity – could you help?

This epic yet arduous journey traversing the length of eastern England on two wheels will start on 9 June and end just 5 days later on 13 June 2024.

Drumroll please for the power behind the pedals – your Posturite team in sweaty lycra will be Andrew Howes, Chris Jones, Matt O’Sullivan, Jamie Pownceby, David Roadway and Hugo Youngman. Additional pedal power to boost morale along the way will include the likes of Mat Jones. Back at Posturite HQ in Berwick, East Sussex, our teams of colleagues will also do their bit and match every kilometre on static bikes.

Our mantra for healthy living and working is ‘Move More in ‘24’ and this is exactly what we’ll do! Last year we cycled 436km in our very first Posturite Pedal for Stroke, so we’re upping our game and cycling a whopping 346km further. Could you reward our team for this crazy ambition?

Your kind sponsorship will go to the Stroke Association and be hugely valued. This wonderful charity provides specialist support, funds critical research and campaigns to make sure people affected by stroke get the very best care and support to rebuild their lives.
