Our athletes are no strangers to barriers. But with COVID19 making in person training nearly non-existent for the past year, they have each had that extra hurdle added to try and keep fit and active. As ever, our athletes adapted and have been taking up the Can't Stop Now programs to keep strong in body and mind, until we can return to clubs, training and competition.
Supporting our Polar Plunge will help us to continue to provide meaningful and worthwhile programmes to our athletes as well as plan for our Return to Sport in person in 2022.
