The route
The sponsored walking event begins at the iconic Bewdley Brewery before heading out along the River Severn – the longest river in Britain. Plodders will take on the River and Rail trail upstream to Upper Arley, before heading back to the brewery for their annual Octoberfest Celebrations.
All participants will receive a drink on their return and a congratulatory certificate to hang in pride of place at home.
HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We ask that participating adults try to raise a minimum of £30 sponsorship each and that children simply raise as much as they can. However, there is no limit and EVERY PENNY COUNTS. Your fundraising will help to make a huge difference to people dealing with life-limiting illness and bereavement in the Wyre Forest area.
