2. Make sure you stay safe. We're in confinement so just clear a safe space in your home and plank away.

3. Nominate 3+ friends and family and pass the plank! Tag them in your post, along with @friends_earth on Instagram or @friendsoftheearth on Facebook.

4. Share your time. Can you beat the person who nominated you?

Where does your money go?

Right now, our government is rightly prioritising the coronavirus pandemic. But when the worst of this crisis is all over, they must apply the same urgent action to the climate emergency. Friends of the Earth is working to ensure our climate becomes the next priority.

From funding online training, resources and advice for our 263 local campaigning groups, to providing the resources to help expert campaigners analyse and research the solutions to stop climate breakdown - your donation makes such a difference.

Friends of the Earth is the reason that green recycling bin is on your doorstep. We helped secure the world's first ever Climate Change Act in 2008. Working with frontline communities, we stopped climate-wrecking fracking in 2019. And in 2020 we reversed the government's go-ahead for Heathrow runway expansion in the courts. For almost 50 years we've been fighting for a safer world, and that can't stop now.
