Picture Possibilities, ADEC's annual fundraiser, invites our communities to participate in exciting social media challenges, tag your friends, and encourage donations to underfunded programs for community members living with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Not on social media? No problem! You can choose your own fundraiser (garage sale, ride your bike, bake sale, etc.) or find inspiration through ADEC's challenge categories and raise money through emails, letters, and phone calls to your friends and family! Remember to share your JustGiving page URL for an easy way for your supporters to give to your fundraiser!

About Picture Possibilities July 2023

Create a fundraiser, complete challenges, share your successes (or funny fails), and invite your friends. We need your help to provide more choices and greater possibilities for our friends and families living with disabilities!

Challenge: Complete the weekly ADEC challenge. Whether it is a walk with your dog or making macaroni art, you can make it possible! You can use your challenge to raise more support by giving your friends the opportunity to donate and affect your challenge (i.e. raise $1 for every pushup, stream your standup routine for your friends and family and charge $5 per person to attend).

Share: We want to see what you did! Share a picture or video of your completed challenge and tag ADEC or use the #picturepossibilities. Don't forget to challenge a few friends by tagging them in your post. Also, make sure your social media posts are public so we can see what you did!

Give: Now encourage your family and friends to donate to ADEC using the weekly challenges or your preferred fundraising activity. Because of you, your neighbors with disabilities can experience informed choices and greater possibilities in their lives. How awesome is that?

Where Will Your Money Go

Transparency matters and we want you to be confident that your donations are making a difference in your community. The proceeds raised through your fundraiser and the Picture Possibilities campaign will go to ADEC's underfunded programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Because of you, vital services like ADEC's guardianship program, transportation, summer camp, family services, and skills training for young adults with disabilities can continue to provide more choices and greater possibilities in our communities.
