Phoenix Christian football has a long and storied history, having won seven AIA State Championships since the program started in the fall of 1955.

In 2023, Head Coach Jason Kindred, a seasoned football coach and mentor with over 20 years of coaching experience kicks off his first year as Varsity Football Coach. Throughout his career, he has held various coaching positions at high schools and youth programs in the valley. Under his leadership in Pop Warner, his team achieved 15 state championships and 3 national championships, earning him recognition as a Pop Warner Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Pop Warner Coach of the Year.

Our team is blessed to kick off the new season and looking forward to Coach Kindred's leadership.

The Phoenix Christian Football Program's 2023 Online Giving Campaign is here! Your donation will contribute toward expenses needed to advance and improve our PC Football program, as detailed below.

Our team is looking forward to attending football camp at Blue Ridge High School in Lakeside, AZ. They will spend three days and two nights at camp with a full schedule of practice, team building, and meals.

Look good, feel good, play good! Our Cougars will take the field in all new uniforms with matching compression shirts. Our helmets have also been newly painted & reconditioned.

In addition, we are hoping to provide player packs to each of our athletes. This will include t-shirts for practice and weight training, one team polo to be worn on game day and at football events, plus the uniform compression shirts that have already been ordered.

We have been blessed with the space and opportunity to provide what will be known as our team sanctuary this season. We are in the process of renovating a space that is in need of some TLC, which we will work on this summer with the help of our coaches, players, and volunteers. This will include but is not limited to new paint, flooring, and removal of the existing popcorn ceiling. Once completed, this space will be used for after school study hall/homework before practice, football film study, team bonding, and an overall safe space for our athletes to have fellowship.

In addition, your donation will assist in helping our Cougars with expenses for team meals, travel, additional gear/equipment, and so much more to continue building our growing PC Football program.

All funds raised directly benefit our players. Without the generous support of our community and sponsors we would not be able create a fun and successful Christ centered program for our student athletes.

Phoenix Christian is a member of the Arizona Interscholastic Association and the 2A Conference. For football, the Cougars are members of the Agua Fria region.
