Walk, run, ride, paddle, skate, swim, dance, hurdle, sprint, you name it - do it your way to becoming a Parkinson's Champion. Here are a few ways you can fight Parkinson's with fitness:
-Join one of our major marathon teams. Learn more about those events here.
-Run your own race. Choose a marathon, 5k or 10k and raise funds on this site. Any runner who raises $500 will earn a Parkinson's Champions singlet for race day.
Not a runner? No problem. Join a bike ride, paddle your kayak, ride a dirt bike, choose an activity that you love and raise awareness for Parkinson's. Use this site to keep track of your donations, spread the word and share photos of your training and race day!
