Story

Join Ken from Walking.im for a charity walk on Friday 15 April 2022 (Good Friday).

Starting with a tram trip to the top of Snaefell, there will then be a 9-mile walk back down to Douglas promenade, with a lunch stop at The Famous Creg-ny-baa for a pint/tea/coffee and a light lunch or a packed lunch in the garden.

The walk is free to join (except for refreshments) but we ask that everyone who takes part makes a donation of any size to Cruse Bereavement Care Isle of Man which is a wonderful charity that provides a free bereavement support service for children, young people, and adults on the Isle of Man.

You can make a donation directly on this JustGiving page, or why not go one better and gain sponsorship from all your family and friends for completing this brilliant challenge.

The walk isn't a race but an enjoyable day out - we'll start together and we'll all finish together.

Walking.im and the team will support everyone throughout the walk but we ask that you're confident of walking this distance and are prepared for all possibler weather conditions and few steep-ish slopes (but which are quite manageable with encouragement and care)!

Places are limited so to reserve your space please email Ken at info@walking.im.
