Story
At Mind in Harrow, we believe that no one should face mental health challenges alone. That’s why we’re thrilled to be part of the Paris to Geneva Charity Cycle, an epic journey covering 330 miles and climbing 16,000 feet over four days.
This isn’t just a physical challenge—it’s a mission to champion mental health awareness and raise vital funds for our services. Our incredible riders will travel through the picturesque French countryside, the stunning Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, and the breathtaking Jura Mountains, all in support of those who need it most.
Every pound raised through this campaign will go directly toward providing life-changing mental health resources and support for individuals in Harrow. With a fundraising goal of £5,000, we aim to continue breaking down stigmas, building resilience, and offering hope to our community.
By donating today, you’re not only cheering on our riders but also helping to ensure that no one has to face their mental health journey alone.
For example:
£10 can help one person through our confidential Mental Health Helpline
£30 can place our Understanding Mental Health Guide into 5 GP surgeries - helping people take the first crucial step to ask for help
£50 can help provide peer-support to somebody hospitalised because of their poor mental health
£80 can help pay for a mental health workshop in a local school
💙 Support this meaningful cause and help us make a difference. Together, we can pedal towards a brighter future.
