Back for it's second year, the London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city's quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other!

St Johns Hospice provides quality hospice care free of charge to patients and their families from Central and North West London and surrounding areas. The Hospice provides numerous services to our patients including the Inpatient Unit which is a 18 bed ward where our team of qualified medical personnel provide 24 hour dedicated care to patients.

We rely on voluntary donations, grants and legacies to continue with our care and this is only made possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters and volunteers in the community. We are partly funded by the NHS and the Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth but rely almost entirely on the support of local people, companies and trusts to raise nearly £2million in voluntary income each year.
