This January, we're rallying the whole EU LSB Team to take on an epic challenge and complete a marathon relay (42 km) in teams of 2-6 runners. Our goal is to raise £10,000 to help fight modern slavery and empower the survivors to regain their freedom.

Why?

Today, 187 years since Britain passed the Abolition of Slavery Act, more than 40 million people are living in modern slavery worldwide and an estimated 136,000 people are exploited within the UK at any one time .

TRIBE Freedom Foundation is on a mission to fight modern slavery and end human trafficking. They work by raising awareness of trafficking, supporting survivors and enabling frontline projects to prevent modern slavery. They empower communities to create an impact.

Right now, the current pandemic has put more adults and children who are already in, or vulnerable to modern slavery, at even higher risk of exploitation. So, your support could not be more important.
