Story
PAC is a registered charity based in Carlisle, Cumbria that provides free counselling and therapy for children and young people in need. Sessions can be either talking therapy or non-verbal therapy. We currently offer counselling, psychotherapeutic counselling, art psychotherapy and music therapy. We are also currently piloting some group therapy sessions. The sessions are confidential and held weekly at PAC’s offices in Carlisle city centre.
All of the PAC therapists are professionally qualified and accredited, receive regular managerial supervision and undertake independent clinical supervision to ensure the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Attachment or relationship problems

Neglect/physical/sexual/emotional abuse
Family break up and divorce
Witnessing domestic violence
Feeling anxious
