Story
Oxford City SITC is the official charity of Oxford City FC and has played a vital role in the Oxfordshire community since its inception.
Now, ahead of the 2023/24 season, we are looking for donations to help us invest in our first class community projects & grassroots teams.
What do we do?
Already, we host an incredible 30 grassroots football teams, with that number set to increase again next season.
We're doubling down on our commitment to the female game with the creation of seven new girls only football teams.
In 2018 our Oxford City Casuals disability programme won 'Community Project of the Year' from the Football Foundation and continues to set the standard for programmes of its kind in Oxfordshire.
Furthermore, we're making football even more accessible to the people who need it most in Oxfordshire, regardless of age, ability or gender.
Our new PowerChair Football sessions will provide access to the game of football for people with high levels of impairment.
Our new Walking Football sessions (aimed at participants who are 50+) , don't just offer people a chance to become fitter & healthier, but also play an important role socially for those who may need it most.
We're also excited to start our new 'Football in Mind' football sessions this season.
As we continue to develop & expand our community regimes, it does come with increased costs.
Lots of people in the Oxfordshire community are familiar with what OCFC SITC have been doing in the local area, whether that be running football sessions, visiting schools or other community events.
Your donations really make the difference and will mean that we can continue to invest into our local community with further exciting projects.
We are seeking further investment into community projects, junior and youth teams, the girls and Women's programme as well as general maintenance of the facilities. Your support is invaluable – please share with friends and family who have a connection with our great community club"
