Embarking on an exciting journey, Tackley Primary is looking to expand our provision, and we're reaching out for your support! Our unwavering commitment to providing the best educational experience for our students faces a challenge – the need for more space. In the post-pandemic era, schools, including ours, grapple with increased levels of special educational needs and diminished emotional well-being. Thriving and growing, Tackley Primary is a vibrant community hub, bridging several communities. While this growth is fantastic, our physical space needs to evolve too.

Our vision involves constructing an enclosed outdoor classroom – a fully insulated, eco-friendly space equipped with a heating and cooling system. This addition will facilitate diverse activities, including group lessons, interventions, nurture sessions, music lessons, lunchtime and afterschool clubs, and many more. Furthermore, we aspire to extend the benefits beyond our school walls by organising workshops for parents and carers, community sessions like coffee afternoons, and offering the space to village clubs such as Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts.

To turn this vision into reality, we need your help! Undertaking such a project comes with a substantial cost – our target is to raise £30,000. This fund will cover the construction, appropriate furnishing, installation of heating and electrics, and all associated building project expenses. Though we are in the early stages, our goal is to have the building standing by Christmas.

In collaboration with our fantastic PTA and with the generous support of Tackley Village Community Shop, we are organising various fundraising events. Your help is invaluable.
