Story
Chestnut Tree House cares for local children with life-shortening conditions giving them the chance to do all sorts of things that kids love doing. These children and families live in the moment, for the now. When you are facing the greatest of challenges, its the smallest of moments that really matter taking time to relax, knowing your child is safe; splashing in the hydrotherapy pool together; talking to one of the nurses who understands exactly how difficult things are.
On the 13 July our team of mud runners will be creating their own Now moments of jumping in the Kamikaze, climbing the tyre wall and challenging themselves to overcome their fears.
The hospice costs over £3.9 million per year to run. Families are never charged for their care and less than 6p in every pound is funded by central government, so we rely heavily on the generosity of our amazing supporters to help us raise the rest and continue providing this vital care.
Support our team on this muddy day of obstacles. For local children and families. For living. For the Now!
