One YMCA exists to change and save lives across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Supporting over 100,000 per year to escape homelessness, flee domestic abuse relationships, access independent sexual violence advisors, get mental health support through Signposts counselling, and overcome barriers in their lives on their journey to independence.
