Sleep Out 2024
Friday 4 October is the day you can trade your cosy bed for a night out in the open! Join us in taking part in our annual Sleep Out to raise funds for Bristol's most marginalised women to help them heal and thrive.
Story
Of the 260 women we supported in the last year, 74% of them have experienced homelessness. Due to the fear of violence and abuse, women are on a constant search for safety and are often sheltering in 'hidden locations' such as A&E waiting rooms, on public transport or walking around all night.
The Women's Rough Sleeping Census 2023 report written by Change Grow Live in May 2024 estimates there may be up to 9 times more women rough sleeping than Government data suggests. By fundraising for One25, you will be helping women find a safe space to lay at night and supporting them find a path towards a brighter future.
