Oak Farm is a working farm where the people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs partake in aspects of farm life including horticulture, animal care and making jams and chutneys that they sell to the local community.

As a charity, we rely on fundraising to help us provide additional opportunities for the people we support.

In the past, fundraising for Oak Farm has contributed towards hosting beekeeping and yoga sessions and extended our "Fork to Fork" programme, which focuses on developing cooking skills and confidence.
