Story
The New York Foundling's Junior Board is a caring and compassionate group of young professionals looking to make a difference in the local New York Community. We hope you will join us this holiday season by giving what you can to support children, adults, and families who access The Foundling's programs! Your generosity supports the operation of more than 40 programs in 5 core service areas in New York and Puerto Rico.
These five service areas include Child Welfare (from foster care to family-based prevention programs), Developmental Disabilities (supportive residences, community habilitation programs, and employment services), Education (including early education programs in Puerto Rico and our innovative charter school in Mott Haven the Bronx), Health & Behavioral Health (think pediatric medical clinics, mental health clinics, and school based therapy), and Juvenile & Criminal Justice (alternatives to incarceration and diversion programming).
Each of these data driven programs meet our community member where they're at and support them on their path to their full potential.
As we enter this season of giving, we ask that you join our efforts to help build futures for thousands of our community members! Every dollar raised helps fund these life changing programs, and has a direct impact on the local communities.
