We again expect to welcome at least 140 young musicians to the Children's Band and the Youth Band residential courses in 2025. They will receive instrumental tuition from outstanding specialist tutors, be conducted by world leaders in their field, tackle advanced brass band repertoire and make new friends for life.

The NYBBGB Bursary Fund aims to ensure that no young musician is excluded from this fabulous experience due to cost. We hope to raise £15,000 to provide at least 20 bursaries and 6 leadership awards for young musicians attending courses in 2025. We really hope you can help by making a donation.

The NYBBGB is the UKs leading brass band charity for children and young people. We exist to give the brightest young brass and percussion musicians the opportunity to develop their musicianship, play together and inspire others. Entry is by audition and our young musicians have serious potential. We are growing the next generation of brass and percussion instrumentalists, teachers and music leaders.
