Story

As part of their training, the incoming class of 78 nursing students need a stethoscope. Previously, Lipscomb has required students to purchase their own. This year, you have an opportunity to provide a student with his or her own stethoscope, a vital instrument in nursing school.
"Students use their stethoscopes from the minute they begin nursing courses the junior year, and will NEVER stop using it. One stethoscope can last a nurse more than TEN years!" - Dr. Chelsia Harris, executive director of the School of Nursing
Your gift of $100 provides a stethoscope to one student and helps Lipscomb continue to prepare nursing students who rise above others in the region. The stethoscope will be a daily reminder for students of the passion you have for investing in their success as they continue their studies, graduate, and begin their careers as nursing professionals. Help us reach our goal of providing the next class of 78 nursing students with stethoscopes.
