We are the Middlebury Club Nordic Team, part of Midd Club Nordic. We are a student-led team of nordic ski racers who compete against other club teams in the Eastern Collegiate Ski Conference, as part of the USCSA. We strive to be an inclusive space to support non-varsity skiers, open to beginners and more advanced skiers alike. We offer a space and training plans for nordic skiers starting in September, and hold practices through the end of February. We began as a small group in 2019 and are now up to 25 skiers racing this season.

We are raising funds to pay for lodging / food expenses for some of our overnight races. Out of the seven weekends we race in a season, two of them are overnight races (most often at Paul Smiths, NY; sometimes we also race the Craftsbury Marathon). These race venues are over two hours away from campus. With races comprising both days of the weekend, driving to race and back twice in a weekend is a lot of driving. Funds would be used to provide Airbnb/groceries for these two overnight weekends, eliminating financial barriers to participation.
