This June, No Limits is turning 30 and we are supporting a second generation of young people. The demand on our services is greater than ever before. The best birthday present for us is to be able to continue our work, providing essential support. We are asking YOU to pledge to at least 30 minutes of whatever activity you enjoy for each of the 30 days in June to raise money for No Limits.

This challenge is open to EVERYONE and summer is a great time to get out and about as a family, group of friends or individually. There will also be a team meet-up walk so that you can meet other team members and stay motivated!

We are hoping to raise £15,000 from Active30 which will fund the recruitment, training and salary of a part-time youth worker for one year - providing 900 meaningful support sessions to vulnerable young people helping with homelessness, substance use, relationships, mental health issues and much more.

With just five people sponsoring you £1 for each day of activity, you could raise £150 in the month of June as well as getting fitter and enjoying the health benefits of being outside!!
