Join National Maternity Hospital Foundation's 'Walk to Remember' - 100,000 Steps in October
The loss of a baby at any stage during pregnancy or after birth is devastating for a family. October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. This October The National Maternity Hospital will honour and remember babies who have passed away due to miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, and other causes of infant loss.
Support the NMH Foundation by taking part in our 'Walk to Remember - 100,000 steps in October. During Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we will remember all babies who sadly died too soon. To help raise vital funds for the National Maternity Hospital Foundation, and make a considerable difference in helping us to support and care for our parents and babies, we're challenging ourselves, getting fit and encouraging each other during this month of remembrance.
If you want to join our 'Walk to Remember', please create your 'Walk to Remember' page by clicking the orange button 'Start fundraising' to raise vital funds for the NMH Foundation.
Once your fundraising page has raised E25, you will receive a unique 'Walk to Remember' t-shirt as a special thank you for your support! There is a special heart on the t-shirt so you can write the name of the precious baby you are remembering.
If you have any questions at all or want help with creating your page, please reach out to the NMH Foundation team on info@nmhfoundation.ie or 01 637 3372 and we'll be delighted to help you.
