Organised by Cancer Focus Northern IrelandWe chose Cancer Focus NI as all monies are kept and used in Northern Ireland. Nicola studied Biomedical Science at Queens University Belfast so was very aware of the importance of cancer research. We feel this is a fitting tribute to Nicola
So August has arrived and this month we are doing another month of activities in memory of Nicola. This is open to anyone who would like to join in to remember our sister, daughter, cousin, niece, auntie and friend to us all and also to raise much needed funds.
We really appreciate you keeping Nicolas memory alive and we as a family loved seeing all the adventures from around the country and the world last year...with Nicola at the heart of it all. Thanks to you all 2020 was a very successful year for our virtual Nicola McKenna Memorial walk.
Nicola loved a bit of craic so in August 2021 why not exercise and raise some much needed funds for Nicolas Forget Me Not Fund with Cancer Focus NI. So dust down the trainers, golf clubs, bicycles, swimsuits-whatever you fancy and look forward to a month of activity and motivation.
