Whilst there, our trekkers will not only go outside of their comfort zone and take on the challenge of a 10 day hike over mountains and volcanoes, but also support a community project to help the locals in a remote village.
Our trekkers are all dedicated to Springboard's mission to futureproof the talent pipeline for hospitality, coming from a broad range of roles in the sector - operators, suppliers and service providers.
Please show your support and encouragement by making a donation, which will go towards helping young, unemployed and disadvantaged people to access free employability and skills training, mentoring, advice, careers guidance, clothes for interviews and travel costs in order to help them get into a sustainable job within the hospitality, leisure and tourism sector.
