Story

January and February are notoriously dark and chilly months in the UK and after the excesses of Christmas many of us plan to get active and start the new year as we mean to go on.

To help motivate anyone who is planning to take on a new challenge we are offering the chance to link up with our Chilly Challenge campaign so you can raise money for a good cause whilst reaching your own personal goals.

Whether 2022 is the year that you're going to make it from couch to 5K, you are aiming to run your first marathon or you have simply pledged to complete 10,000 steps every day in January why not combine your new year's resolution with fundraising for a great cause.

You can set up a fundraising page using the 'Start fundraising' link above and even connect it to Strava so you can plot your progress and share it with friends and family.

So, why not set yourself a personal goal over the winter months and get a warm and fuzzy feeling by raising some money for NewstrAid with a Chilly Challenge!
