Shaftesbury Rotary are hosting there annual charity bike ride on 19th May to help raise funds for a local self help charity " HOPE". Enjoy a ride around the Dorset country side and help HOPE help our local residents..
A big Thank You to all you riders who entered our scenic rides in 2023. The consensus was that both the 25-mile and 50-mile rides were very scenic and therefore we will be repeating the popular routes.
The rides will take place on Sunday 19th May in 2024 slightly later in the year than usual. Again, all starts will be on Park Walk, finishing on the iconic Gold Hill.
The Family Fun Ride will take place once again following last year’s format, which is very popular and enjoyed by all the families.
This year our main charity will be www’hope2cycle.org.uk; together with other local charities. We really would like you to raise sponsorship through our JustGiving page. If every entry raised £50 it would make a tremendous difference to our final donation total.
