Taking place in Folgaria, in January 2024, the National Winter Games will see 78 Special Olympics GB Athletes take to the Italian slopes to compete in alpine skiing and figure skating.

This is a unique opportunity for people with intellectual disabilities from across Great Britain to compete in winter sports overseas and with your support we can ensure that every athlete gets the best possible experience, having trained so hard for this event.
Folgaria 2024 will also act as the qualifier for athletes wishing to nominate themselves for selection for TeamSOGB at the next Special Olympics World Winter Games, Torino 2025 - the pinnacle of their sporting careers as they have the opportunity to compete at an international level and represent Special Olympics GB.
