Story

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic sadly Steps has had to temporarily close its doors. Steps is a lifeline to the children and families it supports so it was very important that we found alternative ways to support those that use Steps.

We have been running online sessions every day for our children so that they can carry on with their Steps tasks at home. To help us communicate with the children more effectively we have purchased three dolls to help demonstrate positioning and tasks.

The poor dolls don't have any names and they need them before they can truly become part of the Steps family with Stepsy the bear, Brian the dog and the one eyed crocodile.

So help us to name our dolls by donating £5 and popping your name choice in the comment on your donation. We'll then get some VIPs to decide on the top three names for a lovely Steps dolls.

Steps like many charities has suffered a huge drop in charitable income due to the pandemic as many of the usual fundraising streams have been postponed at this time. It is vital that we can to ensure we can continue to provide this much needed service to our children and families. Any support that you are able to give is very much appreciated.

Thank you
