Story
The Muslim Youth Network supports local grassroots initiatives that deliver Islamic circles for the youth. Our projects include...
- The Late Night Naseeha: A monthly initiative that specifically targets young brothers who are involved in gang culture, street violence, knife crime, etc. We reach out to them and provide a safe environment where they can enjoy Islamic brotherhood, hard-hitting reminders, and (of course!) free food!
- The Friday Dars; the weekly hub for Muslim youth! Based in the prestigious East London Mosque, the Friday Dars provides an environment of Islamic brotherhood and knowledge in the company of scholars and people of knowledge. We equip young Muslims with essential and authentic knowledge via our carefully devised, free, interactive short-courses which tackle current affairs and issues facing Muslim youth.
- Summer Camps/projects
Our youth retreats and camps are some of the best out there! We hold several retreats and camps across the year for different age groups and demographics. Our flagship project and largest camp is The Summer Camp held in late August every year, attracting over 250 youth from across the UK. It is an experience that lasts a lifetime.
We are collaborating with Lonely Orphans supporting them in some of the amazing work they are doing!
