To celebrate World Down Syndrome Awareness Month in October we are inviting you to take part in our #mychallenge2123 by walking, running or cycling 21 miles during the month of October.
A great way of staying active, enjoying the outdoors and raising vital funds for Ups and Downs Southwest, all whilst creating awareness of Down Syndrome and importantly having fun.
The challenge :
Take part by yourself or get all the family involved and sign-up to run, walk or cycle a distance of 21 miles during October.
Set up your Just-giving page and encourage your family, friends and work colleagues to sponsor you.
Want to dress up as a superhero whilst completing your challenge? We welcome your creative ideas, so whether its fancy dress or walking backwards remember to share your photos with us and tag Ups and Downs Southwest using #mychallenge2123
