Story
Assalaamu Alaikum. Greetings of peace,
It pains me to write you this message as Syria enters its 8th year of war. Yes, we are entering the 8th year of destruction and violence in one of the most historic places on Earth! Syria is now among the most dangerous countries in the world to be a child.
The common people of Syria who have survived this man-made catastrophe for the last 7 years. By many estimations, more than 400,000 people have died in Syria and more than half of Syria's population has been displaced.
For those who remain in Syria, many are in hiding, away from the bombs and bloodshed if they can, living in unsanitary conditions, often with no running water, no electricity and little to no food. Its hard to think of life being more miserable. Families must remain in these dungeons to survive. If they risk going out into the war-torn streets, they could be killed.
Doctors on the ground have said that the wounded are everywhere above ground. They cant keep up with bringing the wounded to shelter, out of the streets.
Humanitarian aid convoys have been the only lifeline for families in Syria who are buying their time to survive this war... Humanitarian aid workers are risking their lives to deliver food, water, medical supplies, shelter, and more vital aid, and it is your support that allows this work to be carried through!
It may seem hopeless, but with your support, Muslim Aid USA can continue to ensure Syrians are getting supplies to survive.
Here are some ways you can help Syrians today with Muslim Aid USA:

For many Syrian families, both in Syria and in refugee camps for those who made it out, humanitarian emergency aid is their only hope and support to keep going: To keep feeding their children, and protecting the elderly from sickness. In many cases, this aid is the is the only way life continues during times like these.
This is why Muslim Aid USA continues to work for Syrians in need in every way that we can. With your help, we can continue to reach Syrians in need, whatever it takes.
We ask that you please pause today, as Syrians brace themselves for year 8 of civil war, and donate what you can so that we may do as much as we can to battle this tragedy with the spirit of humanitarianism. Its this spirit that we combat the horror of war.
Please join us in prayer for the people of Syria today and every day. Please make duaa for our brothers and sisters in Syria.
May Allah reward you for your good deeds. He is All Seeing, All Knowing. JazakAllah khair.
