Story

Over 130,000 people in the UK have multiple sclerosis (MS), a condition that affects your brain and spinal cord.

It's unpredictable, and different for everyone. It's often painful and exhausting, and can cause problems with how we walk, move, see, think and feel. But it doesn't have to be this way.

Were the MS Society.

We fund world-leading scientists as they search for new treatments. We make sure everyone can access expert information and services to help them live well with MS. We speak up together, to make sure everyone's voice is heard and rights are protected.

Together we are a community of people living with MS, friends, families, carers, scientists, researchers, healthcare professionals, campaigners, volunteers.

Our team of amazing MS Superstars are hoping to raise over £10

0,000 to help stop MS, by running the 2024 Great North Run! Their fundraising will help us continue to provide vital support services, campaign for essential change and keep MS research moving to find treatments for everyone.

Together we can stop MS.
