Our education system is failing too many children from disadvantaged backgrounds. They don't start with the same chances and the inequality continues throughout childhood. It's not their fault and it isn't fair.
Together, we can support schools facing the toughest challenges through leadership training at all levels. Because when a school's leadership team thrives, their pupils thrive.
When we get the foundations right for disadvantaged pupils, every young person can have the opportunities they deserve. But we need your help to make it happen.

£50 could fund a careers session for six young people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
£100 could give an aspiring school leader an hour's 1:1 coaching session, to sharpen their skills and make the biggest impact in the classroom and beyond.
£250 can contribute towards funding a full year's training for a teacher supporting the most disadvantaged pupils.
