Story

RASA Merseyside is a professional counselling and support service that exists solely to improve the mental and physical well-being of individuals impacted by sexual violence at some point in their lives.

This mini campaign has been set up to raise awareness of how keeping active is massively linked to everyone's mental and physical well-being. Any type of exercise is useful, even just walking for 10 minutes a day has it's benefits and exercise on a regular basis can really boost your mood. We'll even be including a little look at cost effective healthy eating and how that contributes to your well-being too.

RASA will be promoting the mini campaign week commencing 27th September 2021.

A group of staff and volunteers are set up to do 7 hours of exercise, with a minimum target to each raise £77 and we'll be posting something on social media about the campaign each day for 7 days of that week.

On social media, we'll be posting pictures, little video clips and information on how keeping active and eating healthy is all linked to well-being. We're hoping to really focus and empower clients and supporters to start making some changes in their everyday lives, to move more and eat healthier to support their own well-being.

Please show your support and belief in this campaign, by making a donation and sharing the campaign link. Thank you!
