With the daffodils appearing and the nights getting lighter, sign up for our March challenge to feel a little brighter! Take part solo or as a team, the challenge is for you to move your body or complete a mindful activity for 30 minutes every day.

Doing a little bit of exercise or completing a mindful activity such as gardening, has a positive impact on your mental health.
Which is why this March we challenge you to move your body or complete a mindful activity for 30 minutes every day.
This challenge is suitable for everyone of all ages and abilities. You can choose to do this as a solo or team challenge. You don’t have to do the same activity every day, you can mix it up and focus on a different activity to boost your wellbeing each day.
