It is that time of year once again. November is upon us and with that so is the return of Movember!

Movember is an annual campaign that takes place throughout the month of November, encouraging the growing of moustaches to raise awareness of mens health issues.

One the key issues that the campaign that focuses on is Men's suicide. It looks at mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion.

This strongly aligns with our own vision, that every person in Hertfordshire feels supported with their mental health.
