Our Time is asking you to take on the #MoveForYourMood exercise challenge! Physical activity can have a massive impact on our mood. Just 10-20 minutes a day will improve well-being and help prevent the development of mental health problems.
Not only will you feel better at the end of the programme, but you will have also supported children and young people whose parents have a mental illness.
Aim for at least 10 minutes a day for a month. See our suggestions below for any easy-to-follow programme.
