Every penny donated will support Mountbatten Hampshire to make sure patients and their families have access to skilled, compassionate, and sensitive care in a place of their choice.
This can include providing specialist end-of-life care to patients with life-limiting illness in their home or in our inpatient unit and day centre. We also support patients families, friends and carers through their illness and bereavement. As an independent charity, every donation makes a real impact to local people. On average, on any one day, Mountbatten Hampshire supports 600 people.
