To take part in the campaign, copy our template (below) onto plain paper or print it out, and fill in a few words that summarise what helped you get through the past year.

Then, hold it up, take a photo and upload to your social media channels during MS Awareness week 19 -25 April 2021. Make sure you tag @ms_trust on Instagram, @MSTrust on Twitter or @mstrustuk on Facebook and use the hashtag hashtag #motivateforMS.
