Visit the charity's profileThe Moonlit Memories Walk is one of the Heart of Kent Hospice's largest events. It is instrumental in bringing in vital funds that are needed to help our patients both in the Hospice and in their own homes.
Your donation could help to pay for specialist nurses or our Dementia Team. It could help to run our Making Memories programme, which provides patients with enjoyable activities, while their carers meet separately, and receive advice support to help them cope or it could run our Bereavement drop-in, or many other vital services which are provided by Heart of Kent Hospice.
