Story

Walk to remember a loved one, walk for fun with family and friends or just walk to show you care. Whichever sponsored walk you choose, you will be doing something amazing to support the others today and in the future.

All the money you raise, or donate, will deliver compassionate end of life care for those who need it. Now more than ever, raising vital funds counts to help others.

"Our memory as a family about St Wilfrids is the love, peace, and care of us all. When Brian my husband was with you, you cared for us all, also when Brian was brought home to end his days with us. We will forever be so very, very grateful to you all." Patricia

Just £35 can pay for a home visit from a Clinical Nurse Specialist to support a patient like Brian at home, ensuring they get expert medical care as well as emotional care. We can provide equipment, medicine and all round support when it is needed most.

Every pound will be put to good use, please support those that need it at the end of their life. Thank you.
