Aid Box Community (ABC) is a humanitarian organisation that provides support, supplies and sanctuary to hundreds of refugees and people seeking asylum in Bristol.

By participating in our wild Mojo Muddy Madness challenge, you become part of our community and are directly contributing to the support and wellbeing of our asylum seekers and refugees.

Many of the people that ABC supports have made it through treacherous journeys, have suffered trauma and arrive with little to no belongings. They have lost everything - their home, their family members, their friends, all that is familiar and tied to their sense of self, and are now seeking asylum in Bristol. With the recent urgent appeal of 300 Afghans being welcomed by the Bristol Council our resources are being stretched and we need your support now more than ever!

Asylum seekers live on £39 per week meaning that accessing basic essentials like clothes, shoes, toiletries, nappies and washing powder is of great difficulty to them. With your help we will be able to provide these for them in our Free Shop, as well as run several wellbeing activities. These include our Womens and Mens Groups and our Connections Program, that connect isolated refugees and asylum seekers for long lasting friendship.
