Story
Joseph Blauvelt and Joseph Watkins were good friends. They loved to laugh, give back to the community, and a good glass of wine. Unfortunately, they both were diagnosed with brain cancer. Specifically, Glioblastoma Multiforme. Both men fought bravely but eventually lost their battles. The JDJ Charitable Foundation is set up to honor their legacy and the many others who didnt let cancer win.
Why a mustache? Both Joes were known among family and friends for having great mustaches. Many individuals never saw them without one. Let's make a difference in their name by helping children fighting the same illness.
This March, for the 3rd time, we are challenging men and their loved ones to grow a mustache to raise funds to support leading pediatric brain cancer research and a care package delivery to bring joy to hospital patients. Pediatric brain cancer is one of the most underfunded research areas in cancer. Help us make a difference today.
